Potato Print Seascape Art
This lesson is most suitable to do during the summer term or when working on a “sea” theme in the classroom. It uses a printing technique with potatoes to create a seascape picture. It could be done as a standalone lesson under the Paint Strand of the Visual Arts curriculum or integrated into an overall marine theme.

CVC Picture Matching 04
This resource is aimed at infant pupils or SEN pupils at the beginning of work on phonics. It is based on their knowledge of CVC words with medial O. The resource could be used as a teaching tool or alternatively, it could be used as a form of assessment. There are 12 CVC Word cards for pupils to match the picture with the word.
Flying Kite Art
This is a nice, colourful Visual Arts lesson to do during the summer term. The resource contains a simple, yet effective, line drawing, creating a summer kite pattern which can be coloured using any art medium that you wish, eg. crayons, markers, colouring pencils or paint. The focus of the lesson is on colour and pattern.
Red and Green Sorting Activity
This resource is aimed at pupils in junior classes, SEN pupils or pupils with speech and language difficulties. The resource aims to help younger pupils to consolidate the concept of colour by getting them to sort the red and green coloured items using the sorting mats.

The campaign aims to get pupils to collect their pre-loved shoes/boots/runners and donate them to needy children in townships in South Africa.
