Heart Numbers 1-20
This resource consists of the numbers 1 to 20 on red hearts to tie in with a Valentine theme in the classroom. They could be used for a display in the classroom. Alternatively, they could be used to get pupils to order them on the ground; play a “missing” game eg. remove a number/series of numbers
Train Timetable 01
This resource aims to assist pupils learning about timetables and time in maths. It consists of four different train timetables, each stopping at six stations. The timetables vary in difficulty – one has hourly intervals while the others have a variety of half and quarter hour intervals.

Pupils with special educational needs may also need some extra practice with this activity. This seasonal resource requires pupils to cut out the Valentine-themed images and stick them into a copy.

Peg Notation Boards 02
This resource is aimed at pupils in middle classes or SEN pupils at the beginning of work on hundreds, tens and units. Laminate all of the pages in the resource and cut up into twenty separate cards. Pupils should work out the number that is represented on the notation board on the left side of each card and place a clothes peg on the correct number on the right of the card.

This resource aims to assist pupils learning about timetables and time in maths. It consists of two visual weekly diaries for two children, with each diary having two entries per day for seven days. It also includes four worksheets with questions based on the diaries – there is one worksheet based on each diary separately and two worksheets based on both diaries together.
