Silly Sentences 02
This resource is aimed at infant/junior pupils or SEN pupils at the beginning of work on literacy. It focuses on sentence construction in a fun way. There are eight pages in the resource which should be laminated and cut up into 31 separate cards. Pupils choose four cards and put them together in the correct order to make the silly sentence. The colour-coded strips on the last page of the resource are to show pupils the order in which to place the cards in order to make the sentence.
Peg Disc Maths 04
This resource is aimed at infant/junior pupils or SEN pupils at the beginning of work on numeracy. It is based on the conservation of number up to 10. There are six pages in the resource which should be laminated and cut into complete circles.
There are different ways in which this resource can be used. You could write the numbers 1-10 on wooden pegs using permanent marker and simply ask the pupil to count the items in each section
Euro Coins
These small posters show all of the Irish Euro coins that are available. They may be useful for the teaching of money in junior classes.

Peg Comprehension: Town Mouse & Country Mouse
This resource is aimed at junior pupils or SEN pupils at the beginning of literacy work on comprehension. It is based on the Ladybird “Read It Yourself” version of the story, but could probably be used with any version. Either the pupil reads the story themselves, or the teacher/SNA reads the story to the pupil.

Book Review: The Milo Adventures
In “The Milo Adventures: Milo and the Raging Chieftains”, Milo, his friend Shane and Mr. Lewis get stuck in the 1400’s in Rois castle. Despite many attempts they cannot get out of this tricky situation. They also find Ms. Lee, Milo and Shane’s class teacher are also stuck in the 1400’s.
