Welcome to Seomra Ranga, the Hub for Primary School Resources. For the overseas visitors “Seomra Ranga” means “classroom” in the Irish language.

Seomra Ranga has been successfully providing tried and tested resources for primary school classrooms since 2007. Since that time, the site has gradually built up a strong following amongst educators as a repository of quality teacher-created resources. The resources on the site, which support all areas of the curriculum, are arranged in accordance with the curricular provisions of the Irish primary school….

This bingo game focuses on the theme of “Valentine’s Day” and it features images like roses, sweets, chocolates, hearts, card etc. Twelve images in all are used. The theory of people having Multiple Intelligences was first developed in the 1980s by psychologist Howard Gardner in his book “Frames of Mind”. This pack contains resources that I use to teach verbs in a structured, logical sequence in order to assist pupils to build up a bank of 52 briathra san Aimsir Chaite and 52 ainm briathartha. Maths Task Cards – Stack ‘Em Up 01

This numeracy resource is aimed at younger pupils, helping them to consolidate their knowledge of numbers 0-9. 40 different cards are included in the resource, two cards per A4 page. On each card are four numbers in the range 0-9. Pupils have to stack the correct number of maths cubes on top of each of the four numbers on the card.
