Seomra Ranga has been successfully providing tried and tested resources for primary school classrooms since 2007. Since that time, the site has gradually built up a strong following amongst educators as a repository of quality teacher-created resources. The resources on the site, which support all areas of the curriculum, are arranged in accordance with the curricular provisions of the Irish primary school….


Valentine Writing Frames

This seasonal resource is aimed at providing attractive lined pages for pupils to display their written work at this time of the year. It consists of 4 sets of 12 writing frames for pupils to do their free writing for display in the classroom. Some are aimed at pupils in junior classes, while some are more suitable for pupils in middle/senior classes.

In a digital era, we sometimes wonder if handwriting is still an important skill for pupils to learn. However, there are many benefits, both physical and educational, in getting pupils to practise penmanship and pencil control. Multiple Intelligences

The theory of people having Multiple Intelligences was first developed in the 1980s by psychologist Howard Gardner in his book “Frames of Mind”. The aim of this poster resource is to help pupils realise that there is more to intelligence than just academic intelligence. There are 22 posters in this resource.
