Welcome to Seomra Ranga, the Hub for Primary School Resources. For the overseas visitors “Seomra Ranga” means “classroom” in the Irish language.

Seomra Ranga has been successfully providing tried and tested resources for primary school classrooms since 2007. Since that time, the site has gradually built up a strong following amongst educators as a repository of quality teacher-created resources. The resources on the site, which support all areas of the curriculum, are arranged in accordance with the curricular provisions of the Irish primary school….


Ukraine Country Study

In light of recent events in eastern Europe, it might be an opportune time to teach pupils a little about the country of Ukraine, focusing on things other than the conflict. Pupils are naturally asking questions, so this 22-poster resource may provide them with a little more insight into the country.

Maths Task Cards – Stack ‘Em Up 02

This numeracy resource is aimed at younger pupils, helping them to consolidate their knowledge of numbers 0-9. 40 different cards are included in the resource, two cards per A4 page. On each card are four numbers in the range 0-9. Pupils have to stack the correct number of maths cubes above each of the four numbers on the card.
