Welcome to Seomra Ranga, the Hub for Primary School Resources. For the overseas visitors “Seomra Ranga” means “classroom” in the Irish language.
Seomra Ranga has been successfully providing tried and tested resources for primary school classrooms since 2007. Since that time, the site has gradually built up a strong following amongst educators as a repository of quality teacher-created resources. Children’s Learning Festival
I just recently came across this great idea from Navan Education Centre where they are organising what they call a “Children’s Learning Festival” (Féile Léinn na nÓg). The Centre is inviting all primary and post primary schools in Counties Meath, Louth and Cavan to participate in the Children’s Learning Festival as a part of its 40th anniversary celebrations. The Learning Festival will take place on Saturday 18th May. It will celebrate what the students have learned during the school year 2012 – 2013. read more…
