Seomra Ranga has been successfully providing tried and tested resources for primary school classrooms since 2007. Since that time, the site has gradually built up a strong following amongst educators as a repository of quality teacher-created resources. The resources on the site, which support all areas of the curriculum, are arranged in accordance with the curricular provisions of the Irish primary school….

St. Patrick’s Day Bookmarks 2025
These bookmarks are intended to help mark St. Patrick’s Day 2025. There are 30 different bookmark designs in the download, 15 in English and 15 as Gaeilge. The bookmarks are in blackline for pupils to colour and decorate and they are printed three per A4 page.
Spring Flowers Number Puzzles 1-10
This resource is aimed at pupils in junior classes or AEN pupils who need extra practice in the consolidation of early number. It is based on the numbers 1-10. There are 12 puzzles in the pack. The resource features images of common Spring flowers in the background.
Spring Trace and Colour
This resource contains two 15-page seasonal booklets aimed at younger pupils. Pupils have to trace the lines and colour the Spring images on each page of the booklet. This gives pupils opportunities to practise fine motor and colouring skills in a fun and engaging way. Both an English and a Gaeilge version of the booklet are available to download.
Spring Bunting 01
This seasonal resource consists of a set of chevron-shaped bunting with a Spring theme. The bunting spells out “SPRING” or “AN t-EARRACH”. The bunting has a seasonal daffodil photograph background with each letter printed on an A4 page.
Pink and Blue Sorting Activity
This resource is aimed at pupils in junior classes, AEN pupils or pupils with speech and language difficulties. The resource aims to help younger pupils to consolidate the concept of colour by getting them to sort the pink and blue coloured items using the sorting mats.
Guess the Word 01
Guess the word is a fun language game in PPTX format to play in the classroom. It is aimed at pupils in middle and senior classes. On each slide, pupils are given the number of letters in the word, as well as the first and last letter of the word. They are also given a clue to the word. The pupil has to use the clue to solve the word. There are 50 different words in the presentation for pupils to solve.

Valentine Write the Room
This seasonal Write the Room activity is aimed at working on letter recognition, learning new seasonal vocabulary and practising handwriting and fine motor skills. The activity is based on 32 seasonal word/image cards. There are 10 different worksheets based on these cards as well as 10 more differentiated worksheets.
