Seomra Ranga has been successfully providing tried and tested resources for primary school classrooms since 2007. Since that time, the site has gradually built up a strong following amongst educators as a repository of quality teacher-created resources. The resources on the site, which support all areas of the curriculum, are arranged in accordance with the curricular provisions of the Irish primary school….

Peg Hallowe’en Vocabulary
This seasonal peg literacy resource is aimed at pupils in middle classes or SEN pupils. It is based on a pupil’s knowledge of vocabulary associated with Hallowe’en. The pack contains 22 cards – on the left hand side of each card is a Hallowe’en image. The pupil has to use a clothes peg to correctly identify the word on the right hand side of the card from the three options given.

Matching Hallowe’en Witch Hats
This seasonal resource is aimed at infant/junior pupils or AEN pupils. It is based on learning and visual discrimination of colours with a Witch Hat theme. The resource asks pupils to place a clothes peg on the hat with the same colour as the large image, from the three options given. There are 12 matching cards in the resource.

Maths Task Cards – Stack ‘Em Up 03
This numeracy resource is aimed at younger pupils, helping them to consolidate their knowledge of addition of numbers in the range 0-9. 15 different cards are included in the resource with each card on a single A4 page. On each card are eight addition sums in the range 0-9. Pupils have to work out the answer and stack the correct number of maths cubes in the answer spaces on the card.
