Seomra Ranga has been successfully providing tried and tested resources for primary school classrooms since 2007. Dolch words are a list of 220 “service words” developed in the 1940s by William Dolch. They consist of a series of sets of words which are considered to be vocabulary which occurs most frequently in children’s reading material. Elements of a Novel
This poster resource consists of twelve posters to assist the teacher when studying a novel in the classroom. Its aim is to make pupils aware of the different elements that make up the structure of a novel and that most or all of these elements are usually be present in the novel to give it its structure.
