In advance of Parent-Teacher Meetings, many of which take place in November, this Free resource is aimed at pupils in senior classes. Getting pupils to fill in this two-page template allows them to have some input into what is discussed at the Parent-Teacher Meeting.
I always used this template with my 6th class pupils and I was always amazed at how insighful the views of many of the pupils were. Sometimes, it gave me pause to think and most pupils were quite honest in their responses.
