Seomra Ranga has been successfully providing tried and tested resources for primary school classrooms since 2007. Since that time, the site has gradually built up a strong following amongst educators as a repository of quality teacher-created resources. The resources on the site, which support all areas of the curriculum, are arranged in accordance with the curricular provisions of the Irish primary school….

Cén t-Am É Measúnú

This resource is intended to be used as an assessment test after a unit of work teaching An t-Am as Gaeilge. There are two parts to the assessment test with 20 questions in each part. On one sheet, pupils are given a list of digital times where they have to write the equivalent time in words as Gaeilge.

The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas Table Quiz

This Table Quiz, based on the novel by John Boyne,  comprises eight rounds of six questions, a tie-break round, Auschwitz Fact File slides and answers to all questions on 170 Powerpoint slides. It is geared towards pupils in the senior end of the primary school/secondary school pupils.
