halloween_matching_01aThis seasonal activity features twelve different Hallowe’en-themed images, four per A4 page. It is aimed at the development of visual perception. Pupils have to match the silhouette to the Hallowe’en-themed image.

Laminate all pages in the resource. Place velcro in all of the empty boxes on pages 1-3. Cut out the small images on page 4 and place velcro on the rear of these images. [click to continue…]

Hallowe’en Twitter Project

samhain_ar_scoilI’ve been so preoccupied with my own work at school, that I’d quite forgotten about organising the fifth Signs of Autumn Twitter Project this term. Given that Autumn is already well on the road and winter is gradually approaching, I thought that we might try something a little different for the final week before the mid-term break.
