File Folder Fun is a great website full of lots of free resources (kinda like Seomra Ranga!) to download and print out. I hadn’t heard of it before and it was discovered by my colleague. We have just started to print out some games to use in our autism class, but they would be equally suitable in classes at the junior end of the school.
The resources are arranged according to US grade classes but you can also search the website for resources by subject/theme. You’ll need to spend some time on the site making great discoveries of useful and practical classroom activities which are colourful, clear and well designed. There are lots of numeracy and literacy activities and games to download as well as pre-writing and phonic activities. There are some lovely and simple activities with cupcake and flower themes which infant teachers and special education teachers will love.
This website is a bit of an Aladdin’s cave which you’ll return to again and again. Visit the File Folder Fun website HERE
