Peg Days of the Week

by admin on 14/04/2014

Peg Days of the WeekThis resource is aimed at junior or SEN pupils who are learning the days of the week. It also focuses on the concepts of “before” and “after”. Laminate all of the pages in the resource and cut up into 14 separate cards. Pupils, or their supporting adult, should read the question about the day of the week on the left side of each card and place a peg on the correct answer on the right side of the card.

This activity is especially suitable for pupils who may know the days of the week but may not be able to write them. It is also good for fine motor skills in the manipulation of the pegs onto the cards.
