EdBlogsIEThe Irish Teacher Blogs website has recently been re-branded as EdBlogsIE. Featuring a brand new logo and name, the idea behind the site has not changed. It’s an aggregate site that gathers together blog posts written about educational issues by Irish teachers from primary, secondary and third level backgrounds. At present more than sixty different educators are contributors to the site, so it gives teachers a wide range of viewpoints on educational issues affecting Irish classrooms. It also gives a great insight into new ideas, new methodologies and innovative teaching styles that teachers are experimenting with in Irish classrooms.

While the site can still be found at the old Tumblr URL, it can now be found at its own domain EdBlogs.net You can also follow EdBlogsIE on Twitter or on Facebook. If you write a blog on educational issues, you can submit it to the site to be included in the daily feed of news from Irish teachers. Well done to Nigel Lane on this great service for teachers.
